The connection

June 4th, 2009

Someone seems to be closely tracking my domain registrations and renewals. I got an email regarding cocopeat , because I own the cocopeat.biz  domain name and have renewed it for a period of  five years.

Fake Payments

May 31st, 2009

For many months, people have been trying to make payments to me, pretending to be fake buyers. Earlier, I would provide business leads, but at that time , my business was fairly small and all my customers were genuine companies.  In August, some one called up saying they wanted an auto parts buyers list.  To serve them better, I asked them what kind of auto parts they wanted. They could provide no details. They just wanted to pay me so that they could frame me.

Malicious content

May 30th, 2009

Yesterday I noticed that some one had made a fake posting about making payments to me. However, I had never received any payment in Indian Rs for the financial year for any business product or service. So I got the posting removed and the fraud poster will be reverting with the proof (if any) within a week.

Content

May 30th, 2009

One of the most difficult parts of building an online blog network / network of websites is getting relevant content. I am grateful to my ill wishers and their hackers for the time, money and effort they take to provide free content to my websites. Every malicious action of yours is documented on the network of blogs, adding to the information available.

Email interception

May 30th, 2009

The other thing the hackers do is intercepting emails. This has been going on for a very long time. Once I sent an email with an attachment as proof. I immediately got 2 missed calls on both the mobile phones which I used. I sometimes get queries for advertising on my website. The first email I receive is in perfect English with a signature.  The second email I get (in response to my reply) is in broken English without a signature.

Hiring hackers

May 29th, 2009

My unknown enemies have hired hackers to decode my passwords. Unfortunately, their hackers get bored occassionally and try to impress me with their skills. So they send me emails  saying that they have hacked my password and guess who they are.
Thanks for providing the evidence!

Building an online media network

May 29th, 2009

I have a fairly large network of websites on an array of diverse topics. Building this network has taken a lot of effort and time. I have also faced a lot of negative tactics from faceless cowards who have tried to cause financial damage. They do not have the courage to directly confront because the methods they use are illegal.

Major news agencies

August 17th, 2008

Since news gathering is expensive, there are only a few news agencies which offer global coverage. Most countries have one or most national news agencies for cover events locally. The stories carried by news agencies often reflect the foreign policy of their country.

The major news agencies are:
1. Agence France Press - AFP , oldest news agency founded in 1935
based in France
2. Thomson Reuters
3. Associated Press (AP), USA
4. United Press International
5. Xinhua News Agency , China

News

August 16th, 2008

Both general off line and online publications carry the latest news stories. Getting the latest news stories can be expensive and however large a news publication may be, it is not possible for it to send their own correspondence to cover a story. They overcome this drawback by using the services of a news agency.

A news agency has journalists affiliated with it who supply news stories which are distributed to various media like newspapers, magazines, television, radio and websites. They are also called wire services or new services. Most off line media organizations pay a fee (either fixed annual or  a royalty per story) to the news agencies for using the news stories.

With the advent of the internet, the revenue model has changed, and news aggregators pay publishers a share of the advertising revenues for using their news feed.
